For stays of 7 nights or more:

- a EUR 300 refundable damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment/studio during your stay.

If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance to obtain the necessary access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.

The swimming pool is open from April to October.

Please note that guests must produce a valid credit card and a piece of photo identification upon arrival and that the name on the credit card and photo ID must be the same as the name on the reservation. Management reserves the right to refuse the reservation if these conditions are not respected.

For stays of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, a cleaning service is available upon request and for an extra charge.
