A security deposit of EUR 400 for the Studios and EUR 800 for the apartments will be requested upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit will not be debited and is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the property reserves the right to modify the amount of the security deposit.

Please note that late check-out is not possible.

A daily cleaning service is available upon request and for a fee. Conditions and tariffs are available at the property.
